Welcome to the Inklings Society blog!
We are a writers club fashioned after the original Inklings Society which met during the 1940’s in Oxford England. The founders were J.R.R.Tolkien (The Lord of the Rings) and C.S.Lewis (The Chronicles of Narnia) who were often called “the new Oxford Christians,” like the original Inklings we are also a Christian group. We meet to discuss literature and critique our own and each others works. We hold our meetings in central Minnesota and if you or anyone you know is interested in joining a fun and relaxed writing club, please contact us for more information!
